亲爱的R，
不知道是否年纪大了，每次的生离，我都怀疑是否会是一场还未看到终点的死别。大吉利是，大吉利是，但因为这些年感悟到人生无常，生命如斯脆弱，所以我更珍惜我们的缘分。
认识你的时候，我们才18，那是挥洒不尽的青春年岁。机场彻夜唱歌弹吉他，一同准备会考快餐店播放张学友的《一路上有你》，后来大学宿舍成为室友见证你恋爱结婚。这些年，我们还来不及长大，就这样都老了。
经过岁月洗涤的友谊，没有呼天唤地的热情澎湃，却有着温暖人心的细水长流。每年生日，我们都会不忘相互庆生。与其说是庆祝，不如说是难得的闲话家常。毕竟工作忙碌，加上你有了家庭，见面不易。但很庆幸的是我们都还保有当初的那一颗赤子之心。
那几年你因工作。举家移居上海，但我们的联系没断，感情依旧也没断。当时你出国，因为年轻，因为知道你终究会回来，所以也没有多大离别愁绪。但这次说不定你就在加拿大定居生活，而且疫情当中，又有谁知道我们何时能够再见。我没有强烈感伤，心里偶尔想起，却又冉冉升起一丝不舍。

PS: 还记得当年我们卡啦OK唱这首《放心去飞》我大破音吗？就是因为破音，当年的某些感觉才如此深刻。19岁稚嫩的嗓音中，带点为赋新词强说愁的滋味。磁带里头吱吱声音中时光的印记，物换星移，这么多年过去，歌词却仍然还在这个时候这么贴切……
