旅行最怕病倒，更何况是一个人的旅行。

昨夜，被腹疼折腾一个晚上，彻夜难眠，今天感觉虚脱。

也不知道吃错什么，没有腹泻，就只有腹疼。

今早从永珍乘车到万象，在车上疲累得想睡却睡不着。

明天订了一天水上活动，希望自己能恢复精力。

去休息了。

Travelling alone is already lonely. Falling sick alone while on the road is even more lonely. Do take care, & enjoy the trip nevertheless.

是不是吃错东西?没带万能的保挤丸?最好是看医生.有一个朋友在印度一间的旅店食物中毒得去医院.五星级leh!!!您老人家还是小心为妙.
