可能最近工作太劳累,周六去给师傅做全身按摩。

本以为只有颈肩部比较酸痛,结果师傅却说腰部更为严重,若不及时预防,日后可能背疾缠身。

还真吓了一跳,以为自己平常跑步、打球、做运动,身体应该很好,结果背部还是有毛病。

或许是每天呆坐在办公桌前,坐姿不良,结果造成背部承受巨大压力。

我是那种一工作起来,就很容易忘我的人,对周遭发生的事浑然不觉。

朋友说我工作起来,简直就像换了个人似的,全情投入得看起来像是承受很多压力。

其实,我也只是专注,或许我专注的样子看起来神情特别凝重。

也许就是这样,我平日忽略了坐姿。

师傅说如果想要疏解背痛,就要在坐着的时候使用背垫,如果游泳的话,游自由式最好。

看来真要好好照顾自己。

我可不想晚来行动不便。

It took me 4 yrs to realize actually my backache and pain were due to slipped disc.
