回来了，从云南，从丽江，从虎跳峡，从香格里拉，从雨崩，从大理。

两鬓尘土，一身清瘦。

每次回来，都有那种天上方一日，地上已千年之感。

待我沉淀之后，再向你们娓娓道来。

Hi, i have always enjoyed your travel pieces. I am planning to visit Yunnan in sept and do a trek as well. Can I ask if you could share your itinerary and the guide whom you used for the trek? Much appreciated!

i don't have an itinerary basically. i just signed up for a 6 day trip thing for the trek - the trek itself is 3 days. you can find such trips in lijiang old town :)

1) lijiang - 1.5 days
2) trekking trip - 6 days
3) lijiang - 1 night
4) dali - 2 nights
